Reflek opens the world’s largest Color PPF manufacturing facility in Suzhou, China

In early 2026, Reflek Technologies Corporation inaugurated its new Color PPF

manufacturing facility in Suzhou, China, marking a major milestone in the evolution of

the paint protection film industry. Covering 120,000 square feet (approximately 11,150

m²), the plant is fully dedicated to Color Paint Protection Film production and stands as

the largest Color PPF manufacturing facility in the world.

Purpose-built to support the rapidly growing global demand for color-changing

protective films, the Suzhou facility combines advanced materials engineering with

large-scale manufacturing capacity. The factory features four high-precision coating

lines and two TPU extrusion lines, allowing Reflek to control the entire production

process, from thermoplastic polyurethane formulation and extrusion to coating and

finishing. This vertically integrated structure ensures consistent optical clarity,

mechanical durability, and uniform color quality across production.

Once fully ramped up, the facility will reach a production capacity of approximately

100,000 rolls of Color PPF per month, enabling Reflek to meet rapidly expanding

global demand for color-based protective films used in vehicle customization and

protection.

A key technological feature of the plant is the production of Reflek’

s proprietary three-layer Color PPF system. In this construction, the color layer is embedded within a multilayer polyurethane structure that protects the pigments while maintaining the self-healing and impact-resistant properties expected from premium paint protection films.

This technology delivers rich color finishes with long-term durability against UV

exposure, road debris, and environmental contaminants. These materials are marketed globally through Reflek’s specialized brands. The installer and retail-focused brand FlexiShield offers a wide range of Color PPF finishes for vehicle protection and customization, while Luxo focuses on commercial fleets, OEM partnerships, and corporate applications requiring durable protective film solutions.

Beyond automotive applications, the Suzhou facility also expands Reflek’s capabilities in printable polyurethane films for the graphics industry, providing a high-performance alternative to traditional vinyl graphics. These TPU-based materials offer superior stretch, durability, and surface protection, enabling advanced applications in

fleet branding, motorsport liveries, and architectural graphics.

The plant also supports Reflek’s strategy to expand its presence in marine protection,

where Color PPF can protect yachts and boats from saltwater, UV radiation, and

abrasion while providing premium color finishes. Reflek aims to position its materials as

a leading solution for marine wrap specialists and shipyards worldwide.

Located in one of China’s most advanced manufacturing hubs, the Suzhou facility

allows Reflek to efficiently supply distributors and installers throughout Asia, Europe,

the Middle East, and the Americas, reinforcing the company’s position at the forefront of next-generation polyurethane surface protection technologies.
