• 0-2 weeks after purchase: A 25% processing and restocking fee will apply.

Reflek Technologies Corporation warrants FlexiShield paint protection film and window film lines to be free from manufacturing and workmanship defects for 10 years from the date of installation on painted automotive surfaces. This warranty covers:

• Fading
• Color change
• Cracking
• Bubbling
• Delamination

• FlexiShield DFR: 1-year warranty for cracking, bubbling, or delamination.
• FlexiShield DFR PRO: 2-year warranty for cracking, bubbling, or delamination. Additionally, a 1-year warranty covers top-coat damage, including minor scratches and abrasions.
• FlexiShield DFR PRO Lite: 2-year warranty for cracking, bubbling, or delamination. Additionally, a 1-year warranty covers top-coat damage, including minor scratches and abrasions.
• FlexiShield MAT: 10-year warranty for cracking, bubbling, or delamination.
• FlexiShield Cosmetic PPF Series 1: 5-year warranty for cracking, bubbling, or delamination.
• FlexiShield Cosmetic PPF Series 2: 10-year warranty for cracking, bubbling, or delamination.
• FlexiShield HDL: 3-year warranty for cracking, bubbling, or delamination.
• FlexiShield HP: 5-year warranty for cracking, bubbling, or delamination.
• FlexiShield STH: 10-year warranty for cracking, bubbling, or delamination.
• FlexiShield WSH: 10-year warranty for cracking, bubbling, or delamination.

Warranty Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover FlexiShield products installed on:

• Vehicles used for commercial or professional activities (racing cars, courier fleets, rentals)
• Marine applications (houseboats, yachts)

Making a Warranty Claim:

For a faster warranty claim process, please register your product. Replacement of the defective film is the only compensation offered and requires a valid proof of purchase from an authorized dealership. Labor costs are not covered. All claims should be addressed to the original installer first. Reflek Technologies will only provide manufacturer coverage if the installer cannot resolve the claim.

Additional Legal Terms:

• Implied Warranty Limitation: Warranties implied by law, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the applicable warranty period.
• Limitation of Liability: FlexiShield and the installer are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the product, except where prohibited by law.

PPF Aftercare Instructions:

• First 7 days:
  
  • Do not wash your car.
  • Avoid using towels to wipe the film, especially near the edges.
  • Avoid high-pressure car washes.
• First 3 days: Limit your speed to 50 mph (80 km/h).
• Water evaporation: It’s normal to see some residual water under the film. It will evaporate within 15-30 days, faster in direct sunlight.
• Cleaning: Avoid strong acids or alkalis to clean the PPF, as they can reduce gloss over time.
• Lifting or bubbling: Contact the installer for professional help. Do not cut or peel the film yourself.
• Self-healing and water repellency: These properties don’t guarantee protection under extreme conditions. Wash off bird droppings and dead bugs within 72 hours to prevent residue penetration.
• Microfiber cloths: Use high-quality cloths to avoid staining the PPF.
